OHIO Chapter ACNA, hosted by Southeastern and Cherokee chapters presents:
Quattro de Mayo
Traverse the Blue Ridge Parkway and RIDE the Dragon!

This year's event is being held in Highlands, NC with the event headquarters at Mitchell’s Lodge and Cottages,  built in 1939 and family owned for three generations. Group rates are reserved until 1 March, and then they are released. Reserve early and get great prices!

Friday's activities include small group runs: Thrash the Minis on Tail of the Dragon! and scour Transylvania for night creatures! Theme: Edgar Winters “They Only Come Out at Night!”

Saturday is a cruise along the Blue Ridge Parkway with stops enroot to Asheville. A group picture (location TBD). Some loose time to tour downtown if you wish. Early dinner. This is a Touring run, not competitive or even aggressive. Come for the peace of mind and beautiful views. Returning back to Highlands for the evening festivities.

Sunday will conclude the event. Registration is free with more information on this event.

Local scenery: waterfalls, Warwoman Road, Black Rock Mountain (Clayton GA)

8:00 PM Until BBQ @ Bill Pippins’!

10:00 AM 10:30 AM Marshall out to the BRP
1:30 PM 2:00 PM Group picture at Waterrock on the Blue Ridge Parkway
4:00 PM until Dinner and festivities at the Stone Ridge Tavern
7:30 PM OFF the ACNA clock, return to Highlands in small groups
8:30 PM until THE After party at Mitchells Pavilion: bring a favorite local brew!

10:00 AM 12 Noon Warwoman and Black Rock Mountain, or other small groups
12 noon 2:00 PM Lunch with friends
2:00 PM until Everyone does their E&E (Escape and Evade!)
     

 

TT East - July 24 - 27

This annual event marks the 8th year and is being held in Snowshoe Mountain, West Virginia. Tentative Activities include an autocross, a historic train ride, scenic drives, and bonfires. Other plans may include a Tour of Green Bank Radio Telescope and an old coal mine.
